This full-time exempt salaried role supports the operation, maintenance, compliance, asset management, and capital improvement of water, wastewater, and related utility infrastructure. The position performs field inspections, monitors SCADA and operational data, assists with regulatory and emergency activities, coordinates contractors and vendors, and provides operational guidance to managers and staff. It requires advanced professional knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and either a bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of experience or a high school diploma plus 14 years of experience, along with valid driver’s licenses and Grade 3 water distribution and treatment operator certifications.
