Description
Hubbard is hiring a Utility Operator to operate and maintain equipment used in animal feed and supplement production. The role monitors production-line efficiency, follows safety and quality procedures, performs routine equipment checks, reports issues, and supports timely loading and shipment. It is a second-shift position working Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a $0.50 shift differential. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to operate a motor vehicle and forklift, and the ability to lift up to 50–55 pounds repeatedly; feed, grain, or supplement processing experience is preferred.
