Description
The Utility Operator operates and maintains equipment used in the production of animal feed and supplements, monitors production-line efficiency, follows safety and quality standards, performs routine equipment checks, and reports issues to maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, teamwork and communication abilities, and the physical ability to operate a motor vehicle and forklift, lift up to 50–55 pounds repeatedly, and work in a production environment. Feed, grain, or supplement processing experience and the ability to work any shift are preferred.
