Description
Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Utility Operator in Canton, Ohio to support titanium production across melt, revert, and grind operations. The role operates equipment such as tow motors, scales, torches, and computers; performs setup, routine maintenance, quality inspections, material handling, recordkeeping, and housekeeping; and may cross-train on grind, torch, and shear-press operations. The position runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime opportunities, and offers medical, dental, vision, a starting pay rate of $19, an annual bonus, attendance bonuses, and a 401(k) with company match. A high school diploma or GED and age 18 or older are required; previous manufacturing experience, computer skills, problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to interpret production and safety manuals are preferred.
