Description
The City of Brooks is hiring one full-time permanent Utility Operator for its Utilities Services Department. The role operates a hydrovac/flusher truck to maintain and expose underground piping, flush sewer and storm lines, perform preventive maintenance, maintain records and equipment, control traffic and pedestrian safety, and report infrastructure conditions. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a Class 3 driver’s licence with a Q endorsement, a clean driver’s abstract, and several safety and operational certificates, along with the ability to work independently, outside in all weather, and with limited supervision.
