Unique Industries is hiring a Utility Operator for its Napkin Department in Montoursville, Pennsylvania, on the second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The role operates and backs up a Mark Andy printing press, prepares and adjusts press runs, handles web alignment and roll changes, monitors print quality, maintains safety and housekeeping standards, and supports packaging and labeling operations. Candidates must be able to run a printing press successfully, pass a color acuity test, understand basic instructions and math, and have relevant manufacturing or plant experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
