Weidmann is hiring a full-time, on-site Utility Operator for its paper machine operation in Urbana, Ohio. The role supports a 24/7 rotating 3-2-2 schedule, maintaining safe and efficient production, inspecting and troubleshooting product quality against customer and order specifications, retrieving data in SAP, assisting with machine maintenance, and moving materials around the paper mill and stock preparation area. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, two years of manufacturing experience (paper mill preferred), precision measurement skills, ability to follow work instructions, and willingness to train and cross-train.
