Home Paramount is hiring a full-time Utility Pest Control Technician to provide pest and termite services to residential and commercial customers. The role includes following an appointment schedule, inspecting and treating pests, documenting services, communicating with customers, driving safely, and responding to management and coworker calls. Candidates must pass required state exams, complete provided training, work independently, communicate effectively, understand product labels, meet the physical demands of the work, maintain a valid driving record, and be flexible with workdays and hours, including Saturdays. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and hourly compensation of $15.00 to $22.00 plus commission.
