Home Paramount is hiring a full-time Utility Pest Control Technician to provide pest and termite services to residential and commercial customers. The role includes following an appointment schedule, inspecting and treating pests, interacting with customers, documenting services, responding to management and coworker calls, identifying additional pest management opportunities, maintaining a clean vehicle, driving safely, and meeting physical and scheduling requirements. The position requires passing state exams, completing provided education and training, independent work, strong time management, customer communication, product-label reading, a valid driving record, and flexibility with workdays and hours, including Saturdays.
