BKF is hiring a Utility Planner for its Pacific Northwest Water Resilience Practice. The role supports public-sector utility planning and strategy projects involving water, wastewater, stormwater, flood resilience, watershed planning, green infrastructure, nature-based solutions, climate adaptation, capital improvement planning, policy research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, funding strategy, and implementation planning. Seattle is preferred, with hybrid flexibility. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and preferably 3–10 years of experience, plus knowledge of urban utility systems, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/365, Adobe Creative Suite, and online collaboration tools.
