BKF is hiring a Utility Planner for its Pacific Northwest Water Resilience Practice. The role supports public-sector utility planning and strategy projects involving water, wastewater, stormwater, flood resilience, watershed planning, green infrastructure, nature-based solutions, climate adaptation, capital improvement planning, policy research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, funding strategy, and implementation planning. Seattle is preferred, with flexible hybrid work arrangements. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline and 3–10 years of relevant experience are preferred.
