Phillips-Medisize is hiring a Utility Production Operator in New Richmond, Wisconsin to support manufacturing operations. The role involves visual, in-process, and final quality checks; operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting production machines; using computers and SAP; operating palletizers and wrappers; loading and unloading product; and cleaning production presses. The position offers a 12-hour rotating night shift from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. with a base pay plus 14% shift differential, requires permanent United States work authorization, and does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
