Description
Under the leadership of the Production Supervisor, the Utility Relief performs relief work under various production classifications, including operating depositing equipment, troubleshooting minor problems, maintaining labeling machines, reworking out-of-specification products, and assisting with line setup and teardown. They ensure product quality, complete production paperwork, pack products, maintain a clean work area, and load packing lines and finished good cases for shipment. The role requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, Safe Quality Food guidelines, and FDA regulations.
