R-2 Contractors is hiring a Utility-Scale Concrete Foreman in Phoenix, Arizona for a full-time, mid-level field leadership role supporting nationwide utility-scale power infrastructure projects. The foreman will lead concrete crews on active job sites across the United States, coordinating daily operations such as layout, formwork, reinforcing steel, anchor bolt assemblies, embedded items, concrete placement, finishing, curing, production tracking, safety, quality control, and crew development. The role requires extensive travel, at least five years of utility-scale or heavy civil concrete experience, at least two years leading crews as a foreman, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
