R-2 Contractors is hiring a Utility-Scale Field Quality Control Representative for field-based quality control and inspection work on utility-scale power, renewable energy, transmission, and substation projects. The role is based initially in Dateland, Arizona, with nationwide travel to active project sites, and focuses on inspections, testing coordination, documentation, and resolving quality issues across heavy civil, earthwork, underground utilities, concrete foundations, drilled piers, and horizontal directional drilling activities. The position is full time, mid level, pays $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience, and includes PTO, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and a long-term employment bonus.
