R-2 Contractors is hiring an experienced Utility-Scale Underground Trenching Superintendent based in Wichita, Kansas for nationwide field project sites. This full-time field leadership role oversees high-production underground trenching and conduit installation for utility-scale power, renewable energy, transmission, and substation projects, with responsibility for planning, supervising crews, managing equipment and production, maintaining safety and quality, and developing field leaders. The role requires extensive underground utility/trenching and superintendent experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 100% nationwide.
