Description
The Utility Technician/SME supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of utility equipment at fairlife’s Webster facility, including boilers, steam systems, refrigeration, chilled water, HVAC, water systems, compressed air, electrical systems, fire suppression, and safety systems. The role performs inspections, maintenance, testing, shutdowns, environmental compliance, and technical guidance for operations and maintenance, while assisting with continuous improvement, capital projects, and standard operating procedures. It requires at least five years of relevant utility experience, a 2nd Class Stationary Engineer’s License and R-2 Refrigeration License, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work rotating day and occasional night shifts. The position is based in Webster, New York, reports to the Utilities Manager, and offers a base pay of $39 per hour.
