Bauer Infrastructure is hiring an in-person Utility Worker to support water, sewer, and storm utility installation across construction and underground utility projects in Martell, Nebraska. The role involves maintaining safe and compliant job sites, preparing trenches and work areas, staging materials, managing tools and equipment, installing temporary safety systems, and following safety procedures. The position requires physical endurance, outdoor work in varying weather, the ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds, along with teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and reliable attendance.
