Description
Hertha Metals is hiring two onsite pilot-plant roles in Conroe, Texas: a Utility Worker and a Production Worker. Both report to the Pilot Plant Manager and support material preparation, equipment operation, refractory and tapping-pot work, basic maintenance, housekeeping, sampling, and operational readiness. The roles require a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to work in demanding conditions, and the ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and basic industrial equipment; training may be provided. Pay is $15–$17 per hour.
