Description
The Utilization Management Associate supports ProgenyHealth’s Utilization Review department by handling member eligibility, hospital outreach, new-admission processing, prior authorization communication, intake, screening, precertification, and related discharge-planning and utilization-review clerical work. The role reports to the Supervisor of Utilization Review, follows healthcare compliance and risk-management requirements, and requires 1–3 years of healthcare customer-service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST, with flexibility as needed.
