Description
The Utilization Manager will coordinate utilization management functions for Clarvida, including training staff on documentation, assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and authorization requests; providing feedback on service guidelines and licensure requirements; reviewing on-hold reports and pended authorizations; tracking service utilization and contractual compliance; coordinating external audits; developing corrective action plans; and testing electronic medical record functionality. The role requires LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LAPC licensure, effective communication, and the ability to train others, with an 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekday office schedule and full-time benefits.
