Description
The UUA is hiring a contract UUA Staff Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to staff through virtual one-on-one pastoral care, group gatherings, chapel services, meditation and vigils, and occasional in-person events. The role is open in the continental United States, requires up to 15–20 hours per month, and pays an estimated $1,250 monthly retainer. Applicants should have a Master of Divinity or equivalent, Clinical Pastoral Education units, and at least three years of spiritual or pastoral ministerial experience; qualifications may also be met through lived experience, volunteer work, or training.
