UWV is hiring a Customer Advisor in Goes to serve as the first point of contact for people asking questions about laws and regulations, services, and their personal situation. The role involves answering customer questions, listening to their situation, looking up information in systems, recording agreements, and consulting colleagues on complex issues. It requires an MBO level 4 diploma, excellent Dutch, strong listening and communication skills, and availability for 24–36 hours per week. The position offers six weeks of paid training, partly remote work, a temporary contract with possible extension, and €18.44 gross per hour.
