Description
The UX Apprentice Program sponsors two remote apprentices from anywhere in the world for seven months, either in the fall or spring seasons or online. Apprentices work on a startup idea of their choice through end-to-end design and research, including product scoping, market research, AI-integrated UX design, user testing, design systems, business modeling, and a final pitch. The program is open to new graduates and UX career changers, requires 5–10 hours per week, and provides free participation with one-on-one mentorship. Applicants submit an application, resume, LinkedIn profile, and application motivation; selected candidates undergo a brief interview before joining the cohort.
