Description
The UX Apprentice Program sponsors two remote design apprentices from anywhere in the world for seven months, either in the fall or spring seasons or online. Apprentices work on a startup idea of their choice through end-to-end digital design and research, including product scoping, AI-integrated UX design, discovery research, user testing, design systems, business modeling, and pitching. The program is free, includes one-on-one mentorship, and requires 5–10 hours per week, weekend lectures or online modules, openness to feedback, and willingness to revise work. Applicants may be business owners, startup founders, new graduates, or career changers; no prior UX resume or portfolio is required, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
