Description
Nacar is hiring a UX Designer, AI Experiences to design AI-powered user experiences for enterprise SaaS platforms, including copilots, agents, intelligent assistants, workflow automation, conversational interfaces, and predictive experiences. The role focuses on defining interaction patterns, conducting user research, creating design specifications and scalable assets, using AI tools throughout the design lifecycle, extending design systems, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Research teams. It is based in the Porto Alegre studio with a hybrid work model and requires at least five years of UX, product, interaction, or related design experience, plus experience with AI-powered products and Figma.
