Glance is hiring an end-to-end product designer to own consumer experiences from problem understanding through polished UI, clickable prototypes, handoff, and delivery with engineering and product management. The role emphasizes complete flows, edge cases, design-system work, reasoning, and collaboration, and seeks a designer with roughly 2 to 4 years of shipped consumer-product experience, a decision-focused portfolio, strong craft standards, and comfort with ambiguity. TV experience is a bonus but not required.
