Second Front Systems is hiring a UX Designer to design interfaces and workflows for classified defense operations, conduct user research with warfighters and mission operators, translate complex mission and compliance requirements into accessible product experiences, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. The role requires at least three years of experience in product, UX, or UI design, proficiency with Claude Design, Claude Code, and Figma, familiarity with government compliance frameworks, and U.S. citizenship. It is a full-time position with a base salary of $120,000 to $145,000, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and flexible remote work opportunities.
