Description
The User Experience Designer owns outcomes for a mature project, complex program, or emerging area and develops long-term UX and product strategy. The role guides design implementation, collaborates with engineers and stakeholders, uses UX research and data to evaluate product impact, builds design systems and design languages, and leads design processes across teams. It requires proficiency in data analysis, product design, interactive technology, UX research, product development, storytelling, systems thinking, and accessibility guidelines.
