Serko.ai is hiring a hands-on, individual-contributor UX Lead to own the end-to-end traveller experience for its AI travel product. The role covers UX strategy, discovery through delivery, UI/UX and CX design, design systems, accessibility, AI-augmented workflows, and cross-functional leadership. It requires a strong end-to-end product portfolio, design-systems experience, AI-native instincts, and expertise in Figma, UX research, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility. The position offers a base salary of $200,000–$260,000 USD annually plus a performance-based incentive bonus.
