IKEA Supply is hiring two UX Leaders to establish and grow user experience as a strategic capability within Supply Chain Development. The role will lead and coach product and platform teams, develop UX methods and standards, advocate for user needs, facilitate workshops, and improve user experience outcomes across digital supply solutions. The position is full-time, based in Älmhult, Sweden, and requires working from the location three days per week. Candidates should have extensive UX experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to lead initiatives and mindset shifts in digital development organizations.
