Description
Stripe is hiring a UX Research Manager to lead, coach, and mentor a team of researchers supporting Payments and Risk product initiatives. The role involves conducting mixed-methods research, guiding the team through artificial intelligence transformation, developing research strategy and tactics, prioritizing research needs, building research programs and platforms, and partnering with product, design, and leadership teams. The position reports to the Head of Research and requires at least seven years of relevant user research experience and three years of people-management and leadership experience.
