Description
SRS Acquiom is hiring a UX Researcher to conduct end-to-end research on complex client and internal workflows, translate findings into actionable insights, and establish repeatable research practices and repositories. The role partners with Product, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders; conducts interviews, usability tests, surveys, and other research methods; coordinates recruitment and vendors; and communicates results through reports, journey maps, and workflow maps. The position is based in Denver or fully remote within the Continental United States, with occasional travel to the Denver headquarters, and offers a salary range of $120,000 to $135,000.
