Renesas is hiring an experienced Validation Engineer to lead UX audit and validation for MCU, MPU, and Power products. The role involves translating customer requirements into the Whole Product Framework, auditing product deliverables, providing feedback and enhancement recommendations, and supporting technical documentation. Candidates need strong embedded hardware and system design knowledge, semiconductor evaluation experience, competitive analysis experience, and 5–7 years of relevant experience. The position uses a hybrid model with two remote work days per week and office collaboration on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
