Freshfields is hiring a UI/UX Front-End Engineer to design and implement responsive, accessible user interfaces for digital platforms. The role combines UI/UX design with hands-on front-end development using HTML, TailwindCSS, vanilla JavaScript, reusable components, design systems, and server-rendered web applications. Responsibilities include user research, collaboration with developers and product managers, production-ready code, accessibility and cross-browser testing, and maintaining consistent design patterns across multiple applications. The role requires significant experience in both UI/UX design and front-end development, along with knowledge of version control, CI/CD, agile methodologies, and software development principles.
