AECOM Mississauga is hiring a casual UX/UI Specialist to support a major infrastructure program. The role combines user research with UX/UI design, including journey mapping, interviews, usability assessments, persona development, wireframing, and low- to mid-fidelity mockups. The specialist will translate user insights into recommendations, collaborate with business analysis, delivery, and change management teams, and help ensure digital solutions meet defined UX goals. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus six years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience, is required; sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available.
