BTI is hiring a UI/UX Specialist, also described as a UX Web Developer, to design, develop, and maintain public-facing and administrative portals. The role includes creating storyboards, applying Department of Labor web standards and Drupal theming, ensuring Section 508 compliance, mitigating security vulnerabilities, and supporting web analytics and iterative visualization development. Candidates need an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of progressively responsible web development experience including three years of web design, and experience with secured access pages, search and results pages, administrative portals, analytics, and agile development.
