Description
HGL is hiring a UXO Technician 1 for a remote role with extensive travel to project sites and potential long-term on-site work. The position performs surface sweeps, subsurface clearances, UXO avoidance, geophysical and UXO surveys, metal-detector operations, demilitarization preparation, transport of safe UXO and demolition materials, MPPEH inspections, and protective-work construction. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, formal UXO training, effective communication, and 0–3 years of commercial UXO experience; the role requires physical work in rugged outdoor environments, up to 100% travel, and a pre-hire drug test and physical.
