Callen-Lenz is hiring a full-time UxS Technologist in Salisbury, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, with a salary range of £45,000–£50,000. The role supports the technical development, evaluation, integration, research, prototyping, testing, systems architecture, and coordination of uncrewed systems and related avionics, autonomy, sensing, and flight-control technologies. It works with engineering teams, industry and academic partners, regulators, and business-development activities, and requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience plus hands-on UAS, robotics, avionics, or autonomous-systems experience. The position requires British citizenship or existing UK work rights, willingness to travel, and eligibility for security and export-control requirements.
