The role owns end-to-end V&V execution, release readiness, quality KPIs, testing infrastructure, automation coverage, multidisciplinary validation activities, and final Go/No-Go decisions. The manager will partner with R&D to embed quality gates and remain hands-on with system-level testing, debugging, and high-risk validation during scaling phases.
