Description
The role is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling validation and verification activities for eCOM development in new-energy automobiles, including V&V strategy, testability requirements, project resources, compliance documentation, test-bench construction, equipment calibration and maintenance, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires an engineering background in mechanics, vehicle engineering, or mechatronics, more than five years of relevant eCOM validation experience, familiarity with V&V tools and development platforms, strong leadership and English skills, and the ability to work in an international, technically demanding environment.
