Description
CIMPA is seeking a PLM Transformation Manager to lead the deployment of engineering processes and PLM, document management, and configuration management tools; coordinate stakeholders; analyze and improve industrial processes; manage project governance, schedules, risks, and performance; support change management, communication, and training; and align business needs with deployed solutions. The role requires a master’s degree and a successful track record in industrial project management, PLM deployment, engineering process transformation, PMO, organizational consulting, or change management, with additional experience in complex industrial environments and strong stakeholder and communication skills preferred.
