Westgate Resorts is hiring a Vacation Traveler Package Collections Agent to handle outbound and inbound calls with trial owners, book reservations, sell package upgrades and travel protection plans, collect delinquent balances and mortgage payments, process account adjustments, and resolve payment concerns. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication and organization skills, and proficiency with the Mortgage Receivables system; bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus. New employees work from the office for the first five weeks, then work remotely.
