The Valet/Bell greets arriving guests, assists with luggage and special requests, controls hotel traffic, maintains a safe entrance, parks and retrieves guest vehicles, manages stored bags and valet keys, delivers mail and packages, and provides room-feature overviews. The role requires at least one year of experience in a similar position, a valid driver’s licence, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
