The role involves opening vehicle doors, greeting residents, visitors, guests, vendors, and building management, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with groceries, luggage, and packages. The position requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, professional communication and appearance, flexible evening and weekend availability, and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
