Description
The Valet Manager serves as the on-site operational lead for Patient Assisted Parking Services at the Albany Stratton Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The role oversees staffing, vehicle wait times, customer service, safety, vehicle accountability, equipment, quality control, and coordination with Veterans Affairs Police and the Contracting Officer's Representative. It is a full-time position requiring U.S. citizenship, English fluency, a valid U.S. driver's license, at least two years of driving experience, and six months of patient-assisted parking experience in a healthcare setting.
