Orange EV is looking for a Validation Manager to lead a team of validation engineers in the electric vehicle industry. This role involves ensuring EV products meet high quality and regulatory standards, planning and executing validation activities, documenting test plans and reports, identifying test equipment, tracking issues, and managing vehicle testing schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive or electrical engineering and experience managing direct reports.
