ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH is hiring a Validation Engineer to plan and coordinate vehicle-seat validation programs, translate customer and statutory requirements into trials, manage internal and external service providers, conduct static, dynamic, and function-relevant tests, analyze and document results, and coordinate laboratory trials through an electronic database. The role requires a technical degree or relevant vocational training, knowledge of vehicle-seat components and safety and functional testing, and fluent German and English.
