BorgWarner is hiring an Automotive Test Validation Engineer to manage validation processes for power-electronics and drivetrain test systems throughout the product development cycle. The role covers customer requirements, test planning, execution, data analysis, reporting, project deadlines, and collaboration with customers and local and global teams. Candidates need a technical university degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics, at least 4–5 years of testing experience, knowledge of laboratory test equipment, and experience with VBA macros and technical documentation tools. The position is onsite and requires business travel of up to 15% of working time.
