Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Validation Engineer at its Vilnius site to plan, coordinate, and execute qualification and validation activities for equipment, systems, facilities, and processes in manufacturing, laboratory, and technical environments. The role prepares IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, investigates deviations, supports corrective actions, coordinates contractors and technical specialists, and contributes to compliance and continuous improvement. Candidates need an advanced degree in a related technical field or a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience; GMP, ISO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, or regulated-environment experience is advantageous.
